How to Order Health Products?


To place an order is easy!


Once you have browsed our website and decided on what you would like to purchase simply click on the Add to Cart and the item will be placed in your 'shopping cart'. You can remove this item at any time again.

You can view the shopping cart at anytime in the top right hand corner of each page.
Once you have finished placing items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart you need to click on 'checkout'.

We accept all major credit/debit cards worldwide.
You will be asked for details such as you Name & address, all payment information will be collected on a secure page of the PayPal website.

We must have a valid landline telephone number to process the order.

If you wish us to contact you by mobile phone please write the telephone number in the 'comments box'.

All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (your billing address must match the information on file with your issuing bank, this is the name and address on your credit card statement).

All card details are processed on site and no payment is taken until your order is ready for dispatch.

We make all charges in UK pounds sterling, (also called GBP) your credit card provider will deal with the exchanges of currency and your credit card statement will show the amount in your currency and in pounds.

All orders are confirmed by an automated e-mail which details what you have ordered, if any of the items are out of stock we will let you know in a second email.

We understand that not everyone feels safe submitting their credit cards on the internet, don’t let this stop you from using us.

You can submit your order and delivery details via e-mail with a contact number and one of the sales team will phone you for your payment details.

International orders may incur customs duty.
You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

Please Note: If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

We can accept payments by cheque from the UK, drawn from a UK bank only, but we have to wait until the cheque has been 'cleared' by our bank which can take 10 days.

We can accept payments by Postal Orders from the UK in GBP.

We aim to have the items on our website in stock. However, sometimes a product is more popular than we expected and may be out of stock. If so we will email you and give you our best estimate of delivery times and a choice whether to proceed or cancel.

We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

The contract price of any product is the price in force at the time of your order or (if lower) the price in force when your confirmation email is sent.
