Delivery details for the uk:
Our delivery charges are order for anywhere in the UK, BFPO, Channel Isles.
We send by First Class mail, recorded delivery.
We give the 'best estimate' for delivery times, we do not give guarantees.
We do not take any payment from the credit card until the item is ready to go.
If you think you may have a problem with recorded mail please let us know and we can send unrecorded at your own risk.
Larger items are sent by UPS/Parcelforce Courier Service.
We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days although sometimes we are waiting for stock and may take longer.
If your order is urgent please mark this in the comments box, and we will contact you if there is a problem.
If there is going to be a delay of a week or over we contact you by email to let you know. We will also post the information onto your account.
Delivery details for International Orders
We provide a secure and fully insured delivery service to most International destinations.
For all our orders overseas we charge a minimum of £5.95 for airmail delivery up to 500gr, fully insured, the extra charge is dependant on the weight of the package.
We endeavor to keep this charge to a minimum, (our customers are usually pleasantly surprised how reasonable our charges are).
We add this extra charge when the order is being processed, an average parcel going to USA by priority airmail will cost around £6, if any charge comes to more than £9 we email for your approval before we apply the charge.
We send by certified and insured airmail, the parcel requires a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the parcel is left at the Post Office for your collection, the Postman should leave a card through the door to inform you.
If the parcel is not collected by a certain date it is returned to us, in this situation we do not refund the shipping charge, and we charge to resend the parcel.
In your account details you will see details of when the parcel left the UK.

We expect most European parcels to take around 3-4 days, USA and Rest of World around 7-9 days although we like to leave 14 days.
If you think a parcel is taking too long please contact us and we can give you the 'certified' number so you can search for it at your Post Office.
It is also possible to use the customers own Fedex/UPS
account number, it is sometimes cheaper to do this.
We will provide a Fedex tracking number for the parcel and suggest you track the parcel and let us know if there are any delays.
We have no control over customs delays when sending by Fedex express mail, we are very careful to send all the correct paperwork with the parcel but cannot guarantee immediate customs clearance.
There may be customs duties payable we have no control over these charges. We understand for USA at present any gift item under $100 is free of customs duties
If you wish to use Fedex/UPS to return the item to us please make sure that is states clearly and 'returned GB merchandise' with a nominal value so that the parcel is not charged import duties. Please check with your local Fedex to see if there are any other charges payable as we do not accept any charges payable for returned parcels.
